Man KBFX sucks. I tried it and it really isn't that good. They will have to do a lot of work on it before it becomes the official default KDE Kmenu replacement.
You want images - there are loads on Google:

I promise you the images make it look better than it actually is.
The problem I found with it is that it didn't scale very well on my display.
I hope the KDE team don't let it out of the door before doing some serious usability work with it first. BTW - when is KDE 4 slated for release? |

| I don't like it either. Having to scroll up and down every menu choice is a bit annoying. |

| Anyway if anyone is still interested in Kickoff, follow the instructions carefully and just exclude the Konqueror directory when compiling and it should work fine. |
